Muratcan İğdeli is an entrepreneur, executive and strategic advisor, founder of VC Ally and an active angel investor with over 15 years of experience in technology, software product development, digital transformation and large-scale project management across public and enterprise environments. He has led and advised mission-critical initiatives across the public sector, private enterprises and the defense industry. He holds degrees in Statistics and Computer Science, as well as a master’s degree in Computer Engineering, combining strong analytical and technical expertise. He has also contributed to bioinformatics, particularly in developing algorithms for evaluating cancer drug effectiveness. He currently serves as the General Manager of INOSAS, where he leads enterprise transformation programs, IT service management and product development efforts, leveraging artificial intelligence, agentic AI, big data and modern software engineering methodologies. In parallel, he remains actively engaged in the entrepreneurial ecosystem as a mentor and angel investor, supporting early-stage ventures from validation to scale. He also serves as the President of the Industry 4.0 Digital Transformation Association.
