WinMeet aims to solve the scheduling and resource planning problem while focusing on human resources, which are relatively more difficult to manage, by approaching the use of time with a satisfaction and value-oriented (hard/soft constraint) approach. To achieve satisfactory results and value-oriented goals, artificial intelligence algorithms from the subset of optimization techniques will be utilized. WinMeet will allow the sharing of information and documents created before and after the multi-participant meetings with participants or external parties permanently. Moreover, access to the recorded information will be provided afterwards.
