OHS is a web based business system that helps user store and manage data about occupational healt and safety. Users will login with Tc No and password and then see and manage data according to the authority. For example, occupational safety experts can see and manage all data but employee can see only own information and educations.OHS has 11 main features like Organization Management. The reasons that we prefer to doing this project are; all the business companies in Turkey should hire workplace safety experts and workplace doctors because of the upcoming law (6645). This job (workplace safety and health) requires too many documentation and have much details, thatbs why the need of automation about this is showing up. There are some examples of this product in market but they are not enough for the need. The objectives of this project are; saving time and reducing effort in workplace safety job. Our project will be different than competing others, we talked with some workplace safety experts and they all said about the automation that they use " the automation does not meet with our requirements it has too many unnecessary parts" and our project will meet the requirement of the experts and nothing more thatsthatbs why we are going to have faster response time, and our project will be much more useful than others.
