The main objectives of the projects are; To provide the periodical reports to the customers who have their own fleets which are equipped with Mobiliz Vehicle Tracking System. These reports includes the overall statistical information of fleets registered in Mobiliz Vehicle Tracking System where the number of vehicles are more than 100.000 and it is increasing 2.000 vehicles per month, and the company’s info like idle time, out of work duration and distance etc. To collect the nearly real-time positioning and violation data from the servers by web services and processing them in order to present the diagnostical information to the Technical Support ans Call Center Group. The criterias and the algorithms of warning/alert decisions studies will be studied in this issue. To check the mobile unit configurations with incoming messages and to compare the data with the accounting and financial records which will be entered into the same system by different users. Mentioned configuration is consisted of mobile data unit and some related accessories which can be bought from other vendors.
