The principal purpose of the project is to design-develop a web-based system to provide a central location and database for company’s recruitment efforts. Applicant Tracking System should provide a user interface for the purpose of managing applicant related data (resume). It must be possible to track and manage whole recruitment process for a specific applicant. Recruitment process can be changed according to the applicant type. For example, a second interview may not be required for an internship. Positions and job posting should be handled by the human resource users.
