Bilkent University has established bilateral exchange partnerships with many distinguished universities around the world.
The Bilateral Exchange Program enables students to spend part of their studies at a partner institution abroad while gaining valuable academic and intercultural experience. To be eligible, undergraduate students must have a minimum cumulative GPA (CGPA) of 3.00 and must have completed at least their second and no more than their third semester at the time of application.

Students interested in participating in the Bilateral Exchange Program are encouraged to contact the Office of International Students and Exchange Programs, located in the Registrar's Office Building, for further information.
Students who are selected for the program must maintain a minimum CGPA of 3.00 until the beginning of their exchange period.
