The purpose of our project is to provide a means to users that enables them to broadcast a live video stream from wherever and whenever they wish, to their audience whom we will provide the opportunity to easily filter only the locations they are interested in following live. Although there are many live streaming services such as LiveStream, UStream and so forth, none of them currently allow users to apply any sort of location filtering on the broadcasters as they are channel-oriented just like the television.
